01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gmls1 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game available on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is binding from the moment you first use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of gmls1, regardless of how you access the platform — whether through the website on a desktop browser, the mobile browser experience, or the gmls1 mobile app on Android or iOS. The same rules apply across all access methods.

gmls1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

02 Eligibility

To use gmls1, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gmls1 is strictly an adults-only platform. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a company, organisation or third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling services are explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds into your gmls1 account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on gmls1 or any connected platform.

gmls1 may request age verification documents at any point. If you are unable to verify your age when asked, your account will be suspended until verification is provided. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on gmls1. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, a working Pakistan mobile number and your correct date of birth. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your password must not be shared with anyone. gmls1 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the gmls1 support team immediately.

gmls1 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other acceptable identification document. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on gmls1 are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available and will be shown during the deposit process.

Deposits are processed in real time for most supported payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account during the deposit flow. These limits may vary depending on your account tier and verification status.

You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is not permitted. If gmls1 detects a mismatch between account holder details and payment method ownership, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

gmls1 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank for any applicable fees on their end before depositing.

All deposited funds are intended for use on the gmls1 platform only. Depositing funds solely to transfer them to another account, or to exploit any payment processing mechanism, is prohibited.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a payment method that was not used for a deposit without prior approval from the gmls1 support team.

Standard withdrawal processing times apply and are shown during the withdrawal request flow. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Diamond tier members are eligible for same-day PKR payouts subject to verification status.

Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This includes confirming your CNIC details or providing an equivalent identification document. gmls1 will notify you if additional verification is needed before a withdrawal can be processed.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed within your account during the withdrawal process. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until your balance reaches the required amount.

gmls1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if account verification is incomplete. In such cases, gmls1 will communicate the reason and the steps needed to resolve the hold as soon as possible.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

gmls1 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. These individual bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates — form part of the overall Terms and Conditions and must be followed alongside the general rules set out here.

Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are detailed in each bonus offer's specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Using bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and potential account suspension.

gmls1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been claimed but before wagering is complete, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on gmls1 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI and Test match markets — bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined will be voided.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These are displayed within the relevant section of the platform before you place a bet. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the displayed odds and stake limits at the time of placement.

Odds for sports betting markets are updated in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in at that point regardless of subsequent market movements. gmls1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by pricing errors or technical issues.

For casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and fish games — game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. gmls1 does not influence individual game outcomes. Game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface itself.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gmls1 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not available to regular players
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other accounts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses or artificially inflate balances
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds in any way that could constitute financial crime
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Allowing another person — including a family member — to access or operate your account
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you for deposits or withdrawals

If gmls1 identifies any prohibited conduct, the relevant account or accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any balance held in a suspended account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. gmls1's decision in these matters is final.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

gmls1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email or through the platform's messaging system. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide clarification where this is applicable. However, in cases of serious or clear-cut violations, accounts may be closed without prior notice.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting the gmls1 support team. If you choose to close your account voluntarily and have a remaining balance after all wagering requirements have been satisfied, that balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Accounts that have been closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms will have any remaining balance forfeited. This includes balances derived from bonus funds, winnings accumulated during a period of prohibited conduct, and any funds linked to fraudulent payment activity.

10 Privacy and Data

gmls1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at gmls1.net/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number and email address — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and communication purposes. This data is handled securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment data processed during deposits and withdrawals — including JazzCash wallet numbers, Easypaisa account details and bank account information — is handled through encrypted connections and stored only to the extent necessary for transaction processing and anti-fraud compliance.

gmls1 may use anonymised, aggregated data for internal analytics and platform improvement purposes. This data does not identify individual players and is not shared externally in a form that could be linked back to you.

11 Responsible Gaming

gmls1 is an entertainment platform. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming habits and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following tools are available within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel you need a break
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without full account closure

Gambling should always be treated as entertainment spending — not as a way to make money or recover financial losses. Never gamble more than you can comfortably afford to lose, and never chase losses by increasing your stakes beyond what you planned before your session began.

12 Limitation of Liability

gmls1 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Technical issues, maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

gmls1 is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors in game results that are subsequently corrected, incorrect odds that are voided in accordance with these terms, or actions taken by third-party payment providers during deposit or withdrawal processing.

gmls1 is not responsible for any taxation obligations that may arise from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any tax or reporting requirements that apply to gambling income in your jurisdiction.

In no event shall gmls1's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

gmls1 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated through a platform notification or email where practicable.

Continued use of the gmls1 platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
